These terms govern your use of neondiff.com and the NeonDiff CLI. By creating an account or purchasing an activation plan you agree to them.

NeonDiff is source-available commercial software. The repository license governs inspection, contribution, modification, and redistribution of the source. Source access does not itself grant access to the supported review service.
API-backed activation is required for every repository before useful review work begins. An active NeonDiff entitlement is required for public, private, internal, commercial, and unknown-visibility repositories.
An Individual or Organization subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supported NeonDiff review workflows for the duration of your active term.
Individual covers one named human. The current production entitlement supports one active machine. Organization currently provides organization billing and support with the same proven one-active-machine limit; expanded seat synchronization is not yet generally available.
The Activation & Source-Available Policy explains the entitlement, source, and provider boundaries. Attempting to review any repository without a valid entitlement or to bypass activation is a breach of these terms, and we may deactivate the associated license credential.
Trials. Individual Monthly and Yearly include a 7-day free trial. Organization Yearly includes a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial; nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Auto-conversion. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan auto-converts to paid at the price displayed on the pricing card at signup.
Cancellation. Cancel at any time from Manage Billing in your dashboard to stop future Stripe renewal. Production entitlement renewal and revocation synchronization is not yet generally available; new checkout remains release-gated until that lifecycle is proven.
Refunds. Governed by the Refund Policy.
Taxes. Prices exclude VAT/GST/sales tax where applicable. Stripe applies the correct tax at checkout based on your billing address.
- ◆ Don't share your NeonDiff license credential. Every human user needs their own entitlement.
- ◆ Don't resell NeonDiff or offer it as a hosted service to third parties without a separate written agreement.
- ◆ Don't reverse-engineer the license-verification endpoints or attempt to bypass the activation gate for any repository.
- ◆ Don't use NeonDiff to review content that violates applicable law (export controls, child sexual abuse material, malware distribution, etc.).
- ◆ Automated / CI usage is fine within the seat you've licensed. If you need higher throughput, contact us.
"As is". NeonDiff is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Code review is a heuristic — you are responsible for the code you merge.
Model output. Reviews are generated by third-party models you configure yourself. We make no warranty about their accuracy, and we are not responsible for actions you take based on them.
Uptime. We target 99.5% availability for the license-verification endpoint. There is no SLA credit; if the endpoint is down for more than 24 hours we'll extend your billing period accordingly on request.
Liability cap. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via email to active subscribers.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by cancelling.
Governing law: England & Wales, exclusive jurisdiction of the London courts, except where local consumer protection law grants you rights that override this clause.
