refund policy
Trials replace refunds. Every paid plan ships with a free trial long enough to prove NeonDiff works on your codebase — cancel any time during the trial and you're never charged.

- ◆ Individual Monthly — 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and Stripe never charges your card.
- ◆ Individual Yearly — 7-day free trial. Same terms.
- ◆ Organization Yearly — 30-day free trial. Same terms.
Cancel from Manage billing in your dashboard, or by opening the Stripe portal link in your receipt email.
Once the trial ends and your first payment is captured, plans are non-refundable, subject to the exceptions and statutory rights below. Cancelling stops the next Stripe renewal. The website does not currently promise a production-entitlement end date until renewal and revocation synchronization is generally available.
We don't automatically prorate mid-period cancellations. Contact support if the production entitlement and paid billing period do not match while lifecycle synchronization remains release-gated.
Accidentally auto-converted from trial and never used the license? Email us within 14 days and we'll refund the first charge as a one-off good-faith exception.
If NeonDiff genuinely doesn't work for your setup — install fails, the license portal is unreachable, a paid feature is missing — email support@electricsheephq.com with your account email and a description of the issue.
We'll either fix it or refund your most recent charge. This applies for the life of your active subscription, not just the first 14 days.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you have as a consumer under your local law (e.g. the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day cooling-off period for digital services purchased before you start using them). Where those rights conflict with this policy, they take precedence.
